Liz Ruiz

Elizabeth (Liz) was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, where she still lives today. She is married, has two sons, and is the proud grandmother of four grandchildren, with whom she loves spending quality time. One of her biggest dreams is to take her entire family on a memorable trip. Liz attended Career Point in 1994, completing a course in office administration, and in 2016, she earned her certification as a tax preparer with H&R Block, where she has worked seasonally for the past eight years.

Before joining the First Fidelity team as an administrative assistant, Liz worked at Blue Skies of Texas as a private resident caregiver, providing compassionate care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, many of whom were high-ranking military veterans. With a deep passion for caring for others, Liz is eager to bring that same level of dedication to her role at First Fidelity, while continually challenging herself to learn and grow in her career.
