Maren Dorrestijn

Maren was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She moved to San Marcos to follow in her dad’s footsteps and attend Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas). She had the privilege of being part of the sorority Alpha Delta Pi, where she held officer positions for all four years, including an executive board position leading the entire chapter. In addition to her involvement with her sorority, Maren maintained honor roll status throughout all four years and graduated summa cum laude in 2022.

After college, Maren began working in the insurance field and obtained her insurance license in December 2024, where she continues to work today. In her personal time, Maren enjoys spending time with her friends and family and staying as active as possible. She cannot wait to meet each and every one of you!
